Kathy is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Goldsboro since 1990. She worked as a medical assistant and chiropractic assistant for 15 years prior to becoming a massage therapist. She graduated from Medical Arts Massage School in 1999. In 2000, she began operating Moore Medical Massage practice, which has grown over the years and now has several therapist on site. Her desire is to provide a place for other therapist to work and grow their business; as well as, share her knowledge and experience by mentoring/training them to be successful in their careers.
Kathy’s passion for massage took root from her medical assisting career as she observed many people who had soft tissue problems that were creating medical issues. This is where her desire to become more knowledgeable about the body and how massage could facilitate in healing. This process has led to over twenty plus glorious years as a massage therapist.
Kathy is dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential to initiate healing through passive range of motion, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, and Trigger point therapy. She is also trained in Prenatal, Swedish, Neuromuscular, and Muscle Release Technique. Kathy is also a custom sunless tanning specialist and Esthetician.

Savannah Egelston McKeithan
Therapist
LMBT #14920
Savannah graduated from Miller Motte College with a diploma in massage therapy in 2015.
She enjoys performing passive range of motion incorporated with deep tissue techniques to relieve her client’s pain. Savannah is also trained in Swedish, Hot Stone, and Sports massage.
Savannah says, “I have always been interested in massage since I was young and decided that it was the plan that God had intended for my life.” She loves massage because she is helping to free people of pain. She believes that massage is a great alternative for pain treatment over prescription medications that are linked to so many opioid addictions today. She enjoys educating her clients about the risk of medications masking the pain instead of getting to the root of the pain, which leads to more tissue damage.
This is the reason why she loves being a massage therapist and facilitating healing. Savannah always looks forward to meeting new people and turning handshakes into hugs!

Brittney Meek
Therapist
LMBT #12203
Brittney developed an interest in massage therapy at a young age when her mother began working for a chiropractor where she received regular bodywork. Consequently, she discovered an early understanding of the complimentary benefits that massage provides. She knew she wanted to help others and this first-hand experience has been the sole inspiration that led her to Johnston Community College, where she graduated as a certified medical massage practitioner in 2012.
Brittney has been trained in a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, pregnancy, cupping, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy and light stretching. She loves learning and incorporating new skills into her practice. Brittney appreciates the fact that every body is different and loves the diversity that the field brings.
When she is not at work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors— specifically on the water, and a good cup of coffee.

JOHN THOMAS WARREN II
THERAPIST
LMBT #20800
John Thomas was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC and graduated in the Therapeutic Massage program from Johnston Community College in September of 2022. Before even considering massage therapy, his mom who is a dance instructor would often ask him to work out any tight areas or muscles that was bothering her after a long day of teaching. She would sometimes suggest the idea to him about becoming a massage therapist after noticing a positive difference afterwards. At the time he never gave it any thought.
The idea about becoming a massage therapist reoccurred into his mind after some thought and started to take what his mom said more seriously. He began doing some research about the profession learning about the number of different ways it can improve one’s quality of life. John Thomas also loves connecting with people individually and it is important to him for people to live their lives as healthy and comfortably as possible. This in return makes him feel like he is playing an important role as a massage therapist. After realizing all these attributes, he realized that massage therapy is his calling card.
During his free time, John Thomas loves to spend time down at White Lake with his family (especially with his nieces Nakoa and Everest), and he also enjoys gaming.
